This policy describes how Fast Track Restoration LLC ("Fast Track," "we," "us") handles information collected through fasttrackaz.com, by phone at (480) 788-3383, and in the course of providing restoration services in Mesa, Arizona and the surrounding East Valley.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit our free-inspection request form, we collect your name, phone number, city, the type of damage, any details you choose to share, and which page of our site you sent it from. When you call, email, or text us, we collect the information you provide in that conversation. If we perform work at your property, we also collect the information needed to do the job — your address, photos and moisture documentation of the damage, and insurance policy and claim details you provide.
Information collected automatically. Our website is a static informational site and does not require accounts. Our web hosting provider and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, may log standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site. Cookies and similar technologies used on the site are described in Cookies & Similar Technologies below. Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service that stores a copy of each submission and forwards it to us by email; Formspree's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Advertising Measurement (Google Ads)
We advertise on Google and use the Google Ads tag on this website to measure whether our ads lead to calls and inspection requests. The tag uses cookies and similar technologies to record things like which ad you clicked and whether you then called us or submitted our form. It does not show ads on this website.
- Call tracking. If you reach our site from a Google ad, the phone number shown may be replaced with a Google forwarding number that connects to our regular line. Google then records call details such as the date, time, duration, and caller area code so we can tell which ads produce calls. Calls placed directly from our Google ads are measured the same way.
- Form submissions. When you submit our request form, we may share the phone number you entered with Google in hashed (encoded) form, solely so Google can match the request to an ad click for reporting. Google does not receive the rest of your form submission.
Google may also use data from the tag, under its own policies, to help show our ads to people who have previously visited our site. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and its explanation of how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can control ad personalization at Google's My Ad Center, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Spam & Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a person rather than an automated program. In most cases the check runs in the background without asking you to do anything. To perform it, Turnstile collects information about your browser, device, and connection. Cloudflare's use of that information is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
- Google Ads. The Google Ads tag sets cookies (such
as
_gcl_au) and stores small values in your browser, such as ad-click details and the call-tracking number, to measure ad performance as described above. - Form confirmation. When you submit our request form, the phone number you entered is held briefly in your browser's session storage so our thank-you page can record the request for ad measurement. It is removed as soon as that page loads and never stays after you close the tab.
- Security. Cloudflare may set cookies or use browser signals that are strictly necessary to protect the site and our form from abuse.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control browser signals. Third parties such as Google may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site, as described above.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule inspections or emergency service;
- To perform, document, and invoice restoration work;
- To prepare scopes, estimates, and documentation for your insurance claim — shared with your carrier at your direction;
- To communicate with you about your project by phone, text, or email;
- To meet legal, licensing, insurance, and record-keeping obligations.
What We Don't Do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is shared only with your insurance carrier and adjuster as part of your claim, with service providers who help us operate (such as our website host, Cloudflare, Formspree, Google Ads, and our phone service) as described above, and where required by law.
Text messages. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used only to communicate with you about your inquiry or project.
Third-Party Services
Our home, service, and service-area pages include an embedded Google Map showing our location and service area, and every page displays our Better Business Bureau accreditation seal, which is loaded from the BBB's servers. Google and the BBB may receive standard technical data (such as your IP address) when that content loads, under their own privacy policies. Links to external sites (such as our Google Business Profile, Facebook, or Instagram pages) are governed by those platforms' policies.
Data Retention & Security
We keep project records, including claim documentation, for as long as needed to service your project and to meet legal, contractual, and insurance requirements, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. Our site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Copies of form submissions are also kept by Formspree, and advertising measurement data by Google, under their own retention practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to people who need it to do their work.
Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion of information we are not required to retain. You can also simply call instead of using the website form — the form is optional. To limit advertising measurement, you can block or delete cookies in your browser, use Google's My Ad Center, or use a browser or extension that blocks tracking scripts; the site and phone line work the same either way.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed at property owners and managers, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
